Application NutritionPro 4.2.0 : informations sur vos données

Mise à jour du 20 octobre 2026. Cette section concerne la nouvelle application 4.2.0. Elle ne signifie pas que cette version est déjà disponible au public. Les informations historiques concernant l'ancienne application figurent plus bas. La politique de confidentialité du site reste applicable aux services de la boutique et au paiement Shopify.

Compte, achats et fonctionnalités

La connexion passe par Shopify. L'application utilise votre identifiant client, votre nom, votre adresse email, votre téléphone et vos adresses lorsqu'ils sont présents dans votre compte, ainsi que vos commandes et leurs statuts, pour afficher et gérer votre espace client. Elle ne vous demande pas de communiquer votre mot de passe Shopify à NutritionPro.

Vos favoris peuvent être synchronisés avec votre compte. Les informations de panier, les produits achetés, les quantités, les dates de commande et de livraison ainsi que les informations d'abonnement servent aux fonctionnalités de l'application et aux règles de rappel. Les dates de début et les durées de cure permettent le suivi et les rappels de prise ou de renouvellement. Vous pouvez modifier votre date de début de cure. Ces informations concernent vos habitudes de consommation de compléments ; l'application n'utilise pas Apple Santé ou Health Connect pour importer un dossier de santé.

Notifications et données techniques

Lorsque vous activez les notifications, un identifiant d'installation et un jeton de notification sont enregistrés, avec la plateforme, la version de l'application, la langue et les dates techniques d'enregistrement ou d'activité. Ces éléments peuvent être associés à votre compte connecté pour vous envoyer les informations de commande, les alertes de retour en stock et les rappels ou offres sélectionnés.

Les préférences de notification, le fuseau horaire, les créneaux choisis et l'historique technique d'envoi servent à appliquer vos choix, les limites d'envoi et les exclusions. Les statuts et erreurs de livraison des notifications sont conservés pour leur fonctionnement et leur diagnostic. La désactivation des notifications dans les réglages du téléphone interrompt leur affichage sur cet appareil ; les catégories se règlent aussi dans l'application.

Paiement, services externes et mesure d'audience

Le paiement se déroule dans le parcours Shopify, qui peut s'afficher à l'intérieur de l'application. Les informations de paiement sont traitées par Shopify et les prestataires de paiement concernés. Le serveur de notifications NutritionPro ne stocke pas le numéro complet de votre carte bancaire.

Les pages web et le paiement intégrés restent des services de la boutique : leurs cookies, outils de mesure et partenaires publicitaires relèvent aussi des paramètres et de la politique du site. Il ne faut donc pas interpréter l'absence d'un outil publicitaire dans les écrans natifs comme une absence de traceurs dans toutes les pages web ouvertes depuis l'application.

Dans la configuration 4.2.0 examinée à cette date, les collecteurs facultatifs d'événements natifs et l'envoi direct de ces événements à Klaviyo ne sont pas activés. Un journal limité d'événements peut rester localement sur l'appareil. Cela ne désactive pas les intégrations propres au site Shopify.

Les services nécessaires comprennent Shopify pour le compte et la boutique, l'hébergement du serveur NutritionPro chez OVHcloud, et Expo avec Apple Push Notification service ou Firebase Cloud Messaging pour les notifications. Firebase Cloud Messaging n'est pas Firebase Analytics. La caméra utilisée par le scanner sert à lire les codes-barres ; cette fonction n'envoie pas de photographie du produit à notre serveur.

Vos choix et demandes

Vous pouvez régler vos notifications et utiliser les options de votre espace client. Une demande de suppression de compte peut être envoyée depuis l'application. Elle enregistre votre identifiant client, votre email et le suivi de la demande pour permettre son traitement par le service client. Il s'agit d'une demande, pas d'un effacement instantané de toutes les données de commande : certaines informations peuvent devoir être conservées au titre des obligations applicables.

Les données fictives du compte de démonstration sont locales et ne correspondent pas à un véritable client Shopify.

NutritionPro app 4.2.0: information about your data

Updated 20 October 2026. This section covers the new 4.2.0 app. It does not mean this version has already been publicly released. Historical information for the previous app appears below. The website privacy policy also applies to the store and Shopify checkout.

Account, purchases and features

Shopify handles sign-in. The app uses your customer ID, name, email address, phone number and addresses where available in your account, along with your orders and their statuses, to provide your account features. NutritionPro does not ask you to share your Shopify password with it.

Favourites may be synchronised with your account. Cart information, purchased products, quantities, order and delivery dates and subscription information support app features and reminder rules. Supplement-course start dates and durations are used for tracking and reminders. You can change the start date. This information concerns your supplement-consumption habits; the app does not import a health record from Apple Health or Health Connect.

Notifications and technical data

Enabling notifications registers an installation ID and push token, together with the platform, app version, language and technical registration or activity dates. These may be associated with your signed-in account to deliver order updates, back-in-stock alerts, selected reminders and offers. Notification preferences, time zone, selected time slots and sending history are used to respect preferences, sending limits and exclusions. Delivery statuses and errors support notification operation and diagnostics. Device settings control notification display, and categories can also be adjusted in the app.

Checkout and external services

Shopify checkout may be displayed inside the app. Shopify and the relevant payment providers process payment information. NutritionPro's notification server does not store your complete payment-card number. Embedded store pages and checkout can use the store's cookies, measurement tools and advertising partners, subject to its settings and privacy policy. An absence of advertising tools in native screens does not imply that every web page opened through the app is tracker-free.

In the 4.2.0 configuration inspected on this date, optional native-event collectors and direct event delivery to Klaviyo are not enabled. A limited event log may remain locally on the device. This does not disable Shopify website integrations. Required services include Shopify for accounts and the store, OVHcloud for NutritionPro server hosting, and Expo with Apple Push Notification service or Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications. Firebase Cloud Messaging is not Firebase Analytics. The barcode scanner processes camera input without uploading a product photograph to our server.

Your choices and requests

You can adjust notification settings and use your account options. An in-app account-deletion request records your customer ID, email and request status for customer-service processing. It is a request, not immediate erasure of every order record; information may need to be retained under applicable obligations. General processing, retention and rights information is available in the website privacy policy. Demo-account information is fictional, stored locally and not linked to a real Shopify customer.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU

We collect the information You provide us and this information is necessary for the adequate performance of the contractual arrangement which is in place between You and us and allow us to comply with our legal obligations.

Account Signup Information. When You create the account, we ask You to provide the signup information, such as Email, Name, Surname, Phone, Username, Passwords, Personal Number, Address.
Communication, chats, messages. When you communicate with us through email or any other way, we collect information about your communication and any information You choose to provide or disclose. In order to answer your request, we may access information provided by email, chats, purchase history, etc.
User Images. We utilize image(s) you upload for various purposes, including uploading user-generated content like product reviews, facilitating support chat interactions, and enabling image-based product search for a seamless shopping experience.
Payment Information. To order and use features of Site, we may require you to provide certain financial information in order to facilitate the processing of payments. We collect your Credit or debit card number, Credit or debit card type, Credit or debit card expiration date, Billing address, Tax number, Name and surname.
Login information. We collect Login information if You are logging to our account with Authentication Data.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY

When you use our Site or contact us directly we may collect information, including your personal information, about the way you act in our Site, the services You use and how You use them.

This information is necessary for the adequate performance of the contract between You and us, to enable us to comply with legal obligations and given our legitimate interest in being able to provide and improve the functionalities of the Site.

Log data and Device information. We automatically collect log data and device information when you access and use the site, even if you have not created an Account or logged in. That information includes, among other things: Internet protocol (IP) addresses, Browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), Referring/exit pages, Operating system, Date/time stamp, Clickstream data.
Tracking technologies and Cookies. We use Cookies, Beacons, Tags, CI codes (click tracking), ISC (source tracking), ITC (item tracking codes), Phone model, Device ID, Customer number. We also automatically collect information about the device's operating system .
Geo-location data. We collect information about your approximate location as determined by data such as your IP address to offer you an improved user experience. Such data may be collected only when you access the Site using your device.
Usage information. We use a tool called "Google Analytics" to collect information about your interactions with the Site (what pages you visit, such as the pages or content you view, your searches for Listings, bookings you have made, and other actions on the Site. Site may send user information like email address to its mobile app provider Vajro and to Shopify if you use social login (Facebook, Google, Apple) or a one time code.

Site may use (currently or in the future) analytical tools likeGoogle Analytics,Firebase Analytics,ClevertapandAppsflyer.

We may also disclose your information to third parties:

where required by law or regulatory requirement, court order or other judicial authorization;
