6. Mistakes to avoid
The first mistake, and the most common one, is to cut too much. Out of impatience, you drastically slash calories. Result: constant hunger, fatigue, muscle loss, and giving up after two weeks. A moderate deficit maintained for three months always beats an extreme deficit maintained for ten days.
