At Nutrition•pro, we do everything we can to make your experience a positive one with every order. If there is any issue or dissatisfaction, our team is here to help you find a simple, fast and fair solution.

We can offer you a store credit valid for 1 year or a product exchange, without having to go through a heavier process.
1. Legal right of withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with applicable law (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code), you have a 14-day timeframe from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason.
Eligibility conditions:
- Only unopened, undamaged products in their original packaging are eligible.
- A photo of the relevant product(s) with the barcode visible
- Products that are opened, unsealed or partially consumed cannot be refunded, for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Return procedure
- Return shipping fees are at the customer's expense.
- Once the products have been received and inspected, the refund is processed within 14 days maximum, using the original payment method.

- Opened or partially used products
- Returns made beyond the legal 14-day timeframe
