USAGE TIPS
- Dilute a dose (50 g) in 300 ml of cold water.
- Mix the powder in a shaker, shaking until completely dissolved.
- training day : Take one dose in the morning and one dose after training.
- Rest day : Take one dose in the morning and one dose in the evening.
